Too Old For Back Flips

After doing a back flip off the diving board I have been experiencing low back pain and tingling in my leg. I am worried, can a chiropractor aleviate my pain?

    BillyJo,

Low back pain with tingling in the legs is never a good thing. These symptoms can come from a lot of different conditions. Muscle spasms, joint fixations, facet inflammation, and disc herniations can all lead to these types of symptoms. You should see a chiropractor and have a detailed examination done to determine the most likely cause of the symptoms you are experiencing. Chiropractic care can effectively treat low back pain caused by muscle spasms, joint fixations, facet inflammation, and disc herniations. However, you should be properly examined to determine the extent of the injury and to determine which type of therapy would best address your condition.
