Llama Gal,
In some cases, spine specific rehab has helped patients with spondylolisthesis. In most cases, our patients have gained the greatest relief with a combination of interventional pain management and chiropractic care. The use of medication can decrease the pain as the patient goes through our rehab protocol.
There are some chiropractic techniques which may make the condition worse. You want to avoid forceful spinal manipulation to the effected area.
