I have a herniated disc (C5/6) and I am experiencing pain in my shoulder and arm that makes my desk job intolerable. Could a chiropractor help in this situation to alleviate my pain?

It is common for disc herniations to refer pain into the arms and shoulders. Depending on the type of herniation, chiropractic care can help to decrease/alleviate your pain. Mechanical traction, interferential therapy, and spine specific rehab have been proven to help decrease pains associated with disc herniations.
