I was involved in a hit and run car accident while riding my bicycle. Ever since I feel my neck has been stiff and there is some low grade pain when I twist my neck. What should I do?

How unfortunate that you were involved in a car vs. bicycle collision. Neck stiffness and soreness are some of the most common symptoms of whiplash injury. The low grade soreness you experience can come from a variety of sources. These include muscles, tendons, ligaments, and/or joint capsules. A simple examination by a chiropractor who specializes in treating auto accident/car accident patients can help point you in the right direction for relief from your injuries.
